We have full-time and part-time positions for Behavior Technicians/RBTs who love working directly with autistic children. Do not be scared if you don’t have any experience yet—we train our employees immensely, taking them through the appropriate certifications regarding their role. All that we expect from you is enthusiasm about your assignment, honesty in all that you do, and willingness to help others out.
– Possess a High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
– Able to pass a background check
– B.A./B.S.or M.A./M.S.in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Speech or relevant field
– Experience working with children or in a childcare/preschool setting
– ABA experience is an added advantage but not required
